Tho ha Old Village Great to read about your latest travel when I was feeling sleepy after lunch.
People are so hard working earning a living in this old village from making rice papers to raising pigs. Now I know how rice papers are made :)

Chicken rice I like chicken food too such as flied chicken, roasted chicken, Teriyaki chicken, Teba (roasted chicken wing tip), Yakitori (Japanese Sate), Samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup) and more Malaysian chicken curry soup that always energized me on the last round of biz negotiation under the tropical sun.
Thank you Thank you for an interesting and informative blog. I just returned from Hanoi last week, my first in over 30 years. What an impression it made on me! The smiles, the courtesy, the frenetic chaos, all of which I loved. I too have traveled the world and traveled widely in China. For the next few years I will visit Vietnam and enjoy learning your language, and your culture. Now that my two Chinese daughters are grown and married I will make Hanoi my 'base' for traveling throughout your beautiful country, and I hope many others have been inspired to do so too from reading your blog. Thank you.
