heading to south america for six months or so in jan 10 with my girlfriend. starting in cracas and travilling anti clock wise, alos as we are irish we will be in peru for st paddys day and wondering if there will be any more irish ( or people who just like to party and get drunk) in peru on st paddys day to celebrate it with in the usual style
