If not, next time you are in Bangkok take a 15 minute Skytrain ride from Siam to BTS Thong Lo and explore the Thonglor Shops. Playground has fashion items following the latest Bangkok trends and an associated new mall will soon be opening, connected to BTS Thong Lo. The Emporium is nearby often selling genuine designer discounts on clothes and handbags. Sample some of the Japanese food on offer around Thonglor at Oishi or try the latest in Thai fusion food at Greyhound Cafe in J Avenue. There is also an Apple Store at J Avenue in case you have a sudden need for anything Mac related. If you are shopping with friends on another 12 hour day marathons, half-way through, take your collected bags to Leyana Spa, relax and share some refreshing treatments in the double massage rooms, so your feet recover enough for you to carry on shopping until the rations run out! |
