Konichiwa Wonderful pics! So glad you are having this opportunity - and, so glad you are sharing with us through this blog! I'm enjoying being the "fly on the wall" of your experience - at least through the camera lens.
Hugs!

I know the Japan speak real good... Kiyoto? Really now?
P.S. No nothin' for having such a janky message on our little Christmas heart...still. "Merry Christmas" he says. Lol.
Sounds like you're having a blast!! Did I mention that I have a Japanese friend named Haru as well? Well.. he's more of Mel's friend, but I think he just came back from a study abroad in Japan. Anyway, it sounds like you had the Japanese form of some Korean barbecue - which is tres yummy in my opinion. Now how about some shabu shabu, eh??
Okay, so ready for a Heather moment? I know how much you miss those. So, as I was reading your entry I started pondering to myself... what is an electronic dictionary? SERIOUSLY.. I, for the life of me, could not figure out what it was.. so i sat for about 10 minutes thinking about what it was.. and then it hit me.. IT'S AN ELECTRONIC DICTIONARY... needless to say... I felt pretty stupid. very stupid... really.. it was after I had finished reading it and was on my way to class that it hit me... *sigh* Hope you're having fun. Miss ya and much love!
*insert emotion* Wow! What else is there to say really? As I've said before i'm infinitely envious. If a fat sack of cash ever falls out of the sky on me, I'm absolutely putting my name in the hat for the ISEP program. I understand how you're feeling, the loneliness, the "i don't fit in here yet" sort of feelings. Not quite comparable situations but, that all hit me for a long time when I was in Nashville for a year. I promise it will fade and things will get easier on you. The Lord sent you there for a darn good reason and I'm quite certain he's going to steady your wobbles enough to serve his purpose... and have a bloody good time while you're at it! Take care love. You keep having fun and we'll certainly keep reading.
