Good Work Well, maybe the format isn't exactly what you'd prefer, but your summary looks great.....lots of work into it! Molly, thank you so much for calling us back. I just LOVE our phone conversations; they make it 'seem' like you're closer. And CONGRATULATIONS on your induction into the Peace Corps as a Volunteer!!!! Big sigh,...
si?? We're so proud of you! Stay in touch whenever you can!
XO
OKAY Okay girl, Cassie is completely correct, your post is like sending a "Hi mom photo" with you perched on the precipice of an active volcano! We are all freaking out here!!!!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! ok. Thank you, Molly; and, thank you, Cassi! Love you girls! I will B R E A T H E . Slowly. HOWEVER!......so, do you get the idea that your ceremony will be just postponed? Or its location moved to a safer elsewhere? How's your Madre taking all of this political commotion? Molly,...just stay safe. Stay out amid the coffee plants. Or the flowers. Or the babies. See how many people love you? Rick asked about you today.
don't freak out? okay, mbb, whenever you know your mom is going to read something, the worst thing you can do is begin the situation with "don't freak out". i would think you would know this by now. guess what your parents are doing right now...they're freaking out. even if they say they're not freaking out, they are. Silvia, don't freak out, molly's fine.
How refreshing! How nice and refreshing.......the idea of a restaurant growing it's own food. It sounds so much healthier than the usual of having the fresh produce picked when still green and unripe, then artificially ripened after days or weeks packed in a truck and transported across the country. Good for Nicaragua!
Thanks for the corrections! AH, much clearer to me now! Sorry for the fogginess here! You
betcha.....GOOD advertising! When WE come down, would love to see it firsthand!
Great pictures, Honey! Please thank your compadres for for getting YOU in some of these good shots, too, OK? Granddad would love to see these.
Think I'll contact the nursing home and see if I can email your pics for him to see. Very interesting. Easier to picture your day-to-day life now!
(whispering,...she asks.....) THE GRAPES OF WRATH......wasn't that John Steinbeck's also??
Powerful. But not sure of myself here, and haven't looked it up.
Thank you, Molly Baade Thank you. Yes, I heard every word of President-Elect Obama's speech live on TV late into the evening of the 4th; but, thank you, Molly, for putting it down in writing for all to read and reread over and over again throughout history.
Thanks!
Love, AMERICA
AAAAA....I just found this entry! Seriously, was just wandering back thru your blog entries and here is one that I, somehow, missed receiving notice on! (humph--preposition, I know!). Anyway, I must remember to go back and re-enjoy more often now!
Yeah,...life is weird. ;)
Awwwww....SO cute! Love each and every pic, Molly! Yes, little JJ IS adorable! I can just almost FEEL his little cheeks!
And your Madre...so pretty! She just LOOKS like love!
Xilone,...your 'sister', right? Very sweet and so gentle!
Yes, you got lucky! Miss you!
la casita no, mom, it{s all the same place. all of that was from their pamphlet. it{s a restaurant that grows all of its own food on its farm. i wish it was my site! but no, it{s just outside of esteli and a popular peace corps hangout. thought i{d give them some free advertising.
Sounds NICE! So, La Casita is located in Esteli, right? And, Las Nubes is,...exactly where? It is a farm; is it YOUR farm to live on/work on? "We"...includes YOU? Or, Molly, was this a description of an area nearby where you'll be living? It's all SO interesting...just looking for more on how it's incorporated into your daily life right now. Yes, I'm getting a "feel" of the area from your vivid descriptions....and LOVING it! :)
YES,...HE DID! Yep, I believe that, in the very end, McCain won out in MissourI; but it WAS very close. Even yet the 'morning after' on the nat'l TV channels, MissourI was still just gray (i.e. undecided). I'm so proud of my fellow MissourIans, ....you being one of them!
Think I'll send your blog to Pres.-Elect Obama!
The day of the death I couldnt help to post about your entry. Very interesting but I think the day of the dead is actually a Catholic holiday called All Souls Day or All Saint's Day I am not sure. But I think it is celebrated by all the catholic communities around the world, not just in Latin America. Anyway I will take a look on what Kikipedia has to say about it and I'll let you know. Good luck with the Chanchos and la letrina bye
ugh....like, 6 days left..... SIX days left, then we can give a big ol' sigh. Only then will ALL hear the words of HOPE, PROMISE, and CHANGE. (ps love you, Molly. Due to my sending out the "A Question of Perspective", we have been having some "friends" put a block on receiving emails from me. Ugh. The hate and the fear that closed eyes produce!). Love you, Honey!
Oh, Molly,..... Baby!! The world may think that your brother, Ben, is Steve's little clone and that I had nothing, by the looks of him, to do with any of it,........BUT,........YOU ARE MINE!!!!!! Ha Ha! You got my heart and sole! Love you!
