Our last day in Barcelona. We woke up late, again. LOL After getting ourselves out the door, we walked to the King's Palace but it didn't really looked like anyone has lived in it for awhile. We then hopped on the metro and headed for Barceloneta. This is a town located by the sea. We saw a lot of activity for the Barcelona World Race. We later found out on the news that fourteen of the world's fastest sailing yachts started a three month journey around the world from Barceloneta today. Each yacht is manned by only two crew. We ate lunch (see pics of arroz negro, chiparones and garlic prawns) and then took a stroll on the boardwalk at Port Olimpic. We saw some innovative sand sculptures.
