Headed to SE Asia, using Bangkok as my base. After a few days, headed over to Vietnam, including Hanoi, Halong Bay, and Hoi An. Then to the great unknown, Burma, also known as Myanmar, for a look at pre-colonial Burma, with stops in Rangoon, Mandalay, and Bagan.
