Hi Edmund. Not sure if you'll see this, but thought I'd respond anyway.
My grandfather was Clive Le Neve Foster, son of Fermian. His father was Herbert - maybe Sir Clement's brother?
I live in London too - had just got back from my travels when I wrote the blog about London. Just re-exploring the place again. Glad you liked the photos etc.
Le Neve Foster! My grandmother was a Helen le Neve Foster, daughter of Sir Clement. I guess we're related, but how?
Glad you liked London. I live there. and I like it too, knowing all the places and photographs, as it is a great town to walk about and watch the theatre of life.
Thanks for the black magic!! Sorry about the last message. Sarah got a little carried away by the return button. We're just sitting around on Sarah's very comfy sofa reading your blog. How exciting! Write some more! Where are you now? Angela says: Are there any fanciable men on your tour?! Hmmmmmm. This is Mel by the way. Sarah can't type. And we're enjoying the wine that Richard bought for your Last Supper! And I'm sorry I couldn't be there for your leaving do, glad the journey went well and you're still surviving. We're all raising you a metaphorical glass! xxxxxx
