I saw your Mam about three weeks ago at Michael and Liz's and she told me about your adventure.So ive been following your blog and its great. Doug and I were in California 3 years ago and we loved it. San fran is an amazing city, so chill have a break and see as much as you can. - Alcatraz, fishermans wharf, the trams on Powell street. The 16 mile drive is so beautiful. Monteray and Carmel are also worth a visit. Yosemite, wow there is just so much. Enjoy and stay safe.

We have been looking at the ideas - bikinis is a resounding NO!! refills would break the bank with this greedy lot - but the Cuddle Party sounds fab!! on condition that the alcohol ban is removed and we restrict it to fit blokes only - Fiona's the nominated judge!! hehehehehe
Gill is very impressed with her latte art pic - and is determined her's is the best so far...... can feel a cross atlantic competion coming on?!?!?

SLOW DOWN! You are doing too much!...you both need to chill and take your time.
Don't think of it as an endurance test....your in a beautiful part of the world,take your time and have a look around,stay in a nice hotel for the night,rent a car for the day,go to the movies,go to an art gallery,get pissed!......don't spoil it for yourselfs by over doing it.

This is the easy bit!....wait till you get to Central America...your gonna need to feel refreshed and ready for it.
Do some sightseeing in Frisco for a few days and recharge your batteries

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii....................... Sitting having a few beers in the KOA campsite in Manchester Beach trying to get drunk so I'm zonked out and don't hear any of the wildlife/critters! Having a 'different' time. It's a real challenge, nothing like a holiday. Looking forward to get abit further south so the weather warms up a bit. 145 miles from San Fran at the mo so another few days until we get there.

Ha..ha.. Just sitting at the KOA campsite in Manchester Beach having a couple of locals brews.. (beer, not coffee). Loads of local micro breweries to try, there's not enough hours in the day to fit everything in.

Still on 101 Hiya, we're staying on 101 for the minute as the shoulders abit wider and the traffic not as busy as Oregon. We're looking at staying in San Fran for a few days, after we've cycled over the Golden Gate Bridge, and are busy looking for hotels/guesthouses to stay in. We'll stay with the 101/PCH1 for abit longer and see how it goes. The book we're following says traffic eases after Legget as the roads changes to PCH 1 so we'll see...

Caffe ape coffee still the best! Hiya! Our legs are feeling the strain and this camping malarky is tough going but we're having a great time. Staying in a hotel today and resting as we've got a lot of climbing to do over the next few days. Tell everyone I'm asking after them..
