Hi guys. I just finished reading both your blogs and truly am amazed. Amazed at how you get around and find your way and explore so much in one day, and amazed at the beauty and diversity of the two places you have both been already. Can't wait until you return so I can see all of Hails' purchased!!
Thumbs up to the tourist pose!
See you both soon.
Hey Chris, always good to read ya travel stories, they always seem to make me laugh (wont mention the jealousy) still 7 months to go til my next little excursion :(
Thailand first, then through Cambodia to vietnam before heading back to Oz for a wedding.
Hope you guys enjoy the rest of your trip, stay safe and keep smiling :)
Love it This is one of my favourite blogs. Well done. I shall have to remember these tips if I travel further afield than I have so far! There should be a area for blogs of this nature, that describe things like this as opposed to places.
Looks amazing Chris, your travel blog is wonderful and the pictures just too beautiful. I love the water lillies !! Look after yourselves and please invite me along on the next adventure. Although not sure I could keep up with the 2 of you. Love Marie
So cool, Chris!! The landscape in Yangshuo looks like something out of Crouching Tiger. Great photos, hope to see more soon. (Do you have any photos of the raft trip? Sounds hilarious...)
Like Your Style Good Blog. Fresh as a Button. Particularly like the one liners. Made me laugh. Hope everything goes well for you! Am interested to hear how you find the great wall as I am in China myself and am umming and erring weather or not to go up there.
Hey Gulliver!! I can't believe you're now in China. Chris, you never stop amazing me! I'm so thrilled you're able to travel around the world the way you do. Can't way to see more pictures and here all about your adventures. Have a fabulous time. Best to Haley.

Nasty Feet I sure hope you gave your massage lady a pretty good tip, I'm not sure you could pay me enough to touch thoses dogs!!! I think I would just order the General Tso's everytime.
China Do you guys have any language books at all?? Is anything around the "tourist places" have English as well so you kind of know what your looking at? Souvineir request: cool, Chinese t-shirt (if it fits Haley it fits me!). So glad you made it safe and sound, miss you both!
Way to Go! Hi Chris and Haley. Another great blog. Gives me a real sense of what it is like. Love your pictures. It is interesting that there are few Western tourist - I would have expected more. What is your hostel like? Are you sleeping on mats on the floor? I noticed that Haley is eating with chop sticks. How do the real Chinese restaurants differ from the Chinese restaurants in the US? Looking forward to reading more. Dad

Chris, I was just informed that you had a travel blog...I found out from some high school friends. Hopefully you will remember me from back then! Anyhow, if you want to figure out who I am, then check out my blog. . . alaskanadventures.blogspot.com
It is good to see that someone else has the same wanderlust as I do!
WOW When you were talking about mom walking up early and just thinking, please tell me you know who that reminds of me...grandma! Can't wait to see you, have fun and stop buying blankets!
Hope you enjoy your trip I was there, on Antigua, this weekend, but on Sunday drove back to El Salvador (where I currently live). Hope you enjoy your trip in my country.
Ah yes, sweet Antigua I really enjoyed your blog having just spent 6 weeks in that area last Spring. I'd suggest you go back for Semana Santa next Spring. It is fabulous. You can check out my blog from that area under' gunga'. Happy traveling and bravo to your mom!
Travelling is a passion of mine and I think it is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I got interested in other cultures at a young age when I visited a friend in Egypt. I did a few months trekking around Europe after college. Then a few years later I went for a year long solo trip around the world. That was sooooo amazing (the bulk of these blogs are from that trip). Since then I met an amazing woman (Haley) and she and I try to visit at least one new country a year (more like 2). Check out my stuff, I hope you enjoy it.
...get out there and experience the world!... full info

Funny stories and awesome photos. If you have time try rock climbing there, it was the best fun I had in Yangshuo!!
