Arjuna and Sofus has done their first pool dive and diving lesson now and they clearly enjoyed themselves submerged. More theory on Saturday and out to some great diving spots an hour or two from here for the last lessons and exams when the weather permits. We also decided on which apartment to rent and one motorbike is also settled and we will spend a great deal of time letting the kids test drive the bike and get used to shifting gears. They tried an automatic so far but will need to learn the real thing soon The pool at the resort today was unbelievable warm, reminded me of the hot springs that you could swim in on the Azores. After a smooth trip from Frankfurt to Bangkok we arrived after another short flight to Krabi airport. Happy but a little tired and considering the food on the airplanes we really where looking forward to some proper Thai cuisine. As usual they had several taxi services and information booths to choose from and all wanted our attention pretty bad. We decided for a lush and green place on Ko Lanta directly instead of staying in Krabi the first night as we first planned and asked the people in the blue shirts for a taxi there.
