Eurovision! Did you not 'love' the Irish entry? Zoe had a Eurovision party to celebrate it. I'm so unbelievably jealous of your trip here. The weather is fantastic at home at the moment though. I might head out in Feb for a few weeks. A year isnt a long enough holiday- you two should join me ;) talk soon
Now i know why i haven't been readin this! Big man,
Sounds and looks like your livin' the dream out there and everywhere else you have been. Just sorted my own trip to Aus in August - flying into Melbourne on the 4th but you'll be back over here me thinks by then. Maybe not?! Still with IPHA - they've taken my soul! - but it's going ok. haven't seen anyone from our course in a long while but that was always me in anyway. I'm sure they're all grand. Anyway i'll leave you to it and get back to reading about more about your trip. It sounds epic! Well done.
Trivial Pursuits Hi Ronan and Ciaran
W ell you are certainly seeing the world! The countdown of days seems to be speeding up now.
There is an Irish version of Trivial Pursuits now so mayb you both would be good at that.
Great Liverpool have done so well. Looking forward to the final.

BEACH Is it not getting boring all that sunshine every day ,laying on the beach and as you mother I wont comment on the beer drinking. Enjoy Enjoy both of you.
HOTELS You seem to really be going upmarket in hotels! Pity you could not stay in the crazy house. And the dutch importing flowers! Wonder do they eventually end up in Dublin as Dutch flowers.

ASIA Loved the tuk tuk. Did not what it was until I saw photo. How many people drink from a bucket and how many pints are in it? Very sociable and does away with the round system. The terrace of elephants looks fantastic. Off now to look at next journal.

Hello! Hi guys, I am now up to date with your blog, after a bit of an absence. It all really looks amazing and I am mad jealous, even though I know in my heart that I could never use the shower/toilet device! Ciaran - thanks for your text from China, it looks like an amazing place. Weather is pretty much November dreary in Ireland and everyone is starting to think about Christmas. I am mad busy in work and so is Dee Meaney. Just back from a visit in her house. Apartment purchase still going slow, but hopefully have it finalised before xmas. We will defo have the parties I never had in college in my new place - well maybe without the puking or random fights! Dublin is gone mad with random killings, but essentially still the same. Keep on rolling, Dee.
Note from work Just got your website from Alan and spent quite sometime reading it in work! It is fantastic how much you have done and seen so far - giving me the travel bug to visit some of these places. Best Wishes
No more Pizza...... Hey pizza lovers! Try some local food for a change :) Glad to hear the journey is going well 'my friend,' despite the sleep deprivation and crazy Russians! We will buy you a Whitney Housten album as a welcome home gift. Shane wants to know who the girls in the white bikinis were! more photos like that would be welcome for him, but there serious lack of hot men. Stay safe.
Good to see you having such a great time! We've been enjoying your blog. If we should ever visit these cities we'll know where to drink and party!! Are there any cultural aspects to your travels?(only kidding). Please keep us informed through your blog; it's great fun watching you have such a great time.
hostel Ciaran
It looks like you have managed to make your hostel room in each city look like your natural habitat back in Ireland. You have started the "upside down look" trend in bedroom design across Eastern Europe.
Hey Ciaran!! Hey Ciaran, finally checking out your blog, its brilliant! Sounds like you are having a really cool time. I can´t believe you have travelled so much already. It looks very cool where you are.
Still over in Peru, less than two weeks left and then heading up to NY to Patrick and plan to drain him dry coz I am broke already! Well keep having a ball, ciao dee x
Hello, full after Marios! Hello Ciaran and Drunken Polish Ronan. Hope you are well and are enjoying your trip. The two Dees just had fancy dinner, looks more appetising than hostel food. We are such old grannies! Review people's comments, cause we can't see them. No major news from here. College night out on Friday night, but don't worry we will have a toast to the travellers. Have fun! Deirdre and Deirdre.
This Travel Blog aims to keep you informed on the world trip Ciaran and Ronan are undertaking in 2006/2007.
How well that works out we'll have to see........ full info
