Having a fab time in Melbourne. Xmas was different with the hot weather. Great spending it with my Aunt in mornington which is further down south of Melboune. We did a B Bq on the beach yesterday, and saw a couple of Kuala's in the trees... So cute. Tomorrw night travelling up to Sydney on the night train. We went to the Races today in Mornington and had lunch in the members club Very nice too. We had another little treat the other night and did the tram dinner round the city That really was something we'll never forget. FAB!! ..there is a tower in melbourne called the Eureka Tower which has 22 carrat gold plated vwindows at the top and claims to be the highest ressidential tower in the world and we went up it ... read more

Bula everyone. Well we're here on the beautiful island of Fiji. The temp was 75 when we got off the plane at 5am yesterday. We arrived at the resort some 60k on the west side That day the sun was out reached very high temp. We went to a firewalking and kava cermony. Which is a traditional drink when entering into the village. We.re off to swim by a waterfall tomorrow and sail down a river in a raft. A full and exciting day out. Here we are at last in the amazing city of NewYork weather is mild but wet yesterday we took the tourist bus around the city up town down town visited Maceys famous appartment store and got afew bargains and because we were from out of town we were given an extra 20% of sales we have seen the waldorf astoria the empire state without king kong, the rockerfella centre with the amazing christmas tree, light and skating rink today we are going on the sataton island ferry to see the statue of liberty up close and personal as they say in new york .......ok running out of creddit so will post pictures when we gwt to atlanta have a nice day now... read more

Today is the first day of our around the world in 30 days trip nothing much to report today as tonight we only staying in a hotel in gatwick then flying out to new york tomorrow morning ...... everyone in the family is dead excited there has been such a build up and now its here........thanks for everyones support and well wishes .........we will try and create a new blog entry at least once or twice in every country hopefully each day ....well thats if were not having too much fun haha speak again soon tomorrow in new york... read more
