DAY 1 – Friday, June 14                          Flight to Greece

DAY 2 – Saturday, June 15                     Flight to Thessalonki

DAY 3 – Sunday, June 16                                    Thessalonki
Named after Alexander the Great’s sister.
During New Testament Times:
o   Provincial capital & considered world cultural center
o   Center of Paul’s activities in northern Greece
o   Paul preached here, founded a church & wrote 2 letters
o   Acts 17:1-9, 1 & 2 Thessalonians

DAY 4 – Monday, June 17 Philippi & Kavala (Neapolis)
Philippi named after Alexander the Great’s father
During New Testament Times:
o Busy Roman colony
o Boasted a great library & theater
o Paul preached here & established 1st church in Europe.
o Paul met Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth. She & her household accepted Christ & were baptized in River Ganites.
o Paul & Silas imprisoned here.
o Paul wrote letter to people here while imprisoned in Rome.
o Acts 16:11-40, Philippians

DAY 8 – Friday, June 21 Mediterranean Cruise - Mykonos
Transfer to Piraeus Port
Cruise
Depart: Piraeus (Athens) Arrive: Mykonos, Greece

DAY 9 – Saturday, June 22 Mediterranean Cruise - Ephesus
Cruise Depart: Mykonos Arrive: Kusadasi, Turkey Depart: Kusadasi 5 pm
During New Testament Times:
o Capital of the Roman province of Asia
o Paul, John, Timothy, & Mary lived & ministered here
o Paul taught at the Hall of Tyrannus for 2 yrs., Riot
o Acts 18:19-26, Acts 19, Ephesians

DAY 11 – Monday, June 24 Ancient Corinth & Athens
Cruise Arrive: Piraeus (Athens)

Corinth during New Testament Times:
o Paul worked here for 18 months with tent makers Aquila & Priscilla
o Acts 18:1-18, 1 & 2 Corinthians

Athens during New Testament Times:
