mrs plantinga!!!! how are you doing?? we are pretty happy with the camera, the only downer is that it is AA, not lithium battery. :( and where are the photos of senorita minou??? i miss you! and mooster! (and dan too, just so he doesnt feel left out!)

The fro is happening Trev. Are you going to do Dreads? I think you'd look pretty cute, and talk about low maintenance. We loved the pictures and so glad you have another camera. I am headed to Argentina in a couple of weeks for the entire winter. Have been doing a little research, came across this site and your entries. Wanted to say thank you because I have found them helpful as well as amusing.... except for the robbery part. Well, I can't lie- helpful yes, but, amusing, no. Safer travels to you both

omg mia ... you have no idea! i was trying so hard to be a trooper, but i still ended up in tears at the airport and all these people were looking at the stupid gringo ... ugh! when we get to peru we will get another one ... and you are right ... passports, money and camera are officially glued to us now! (it could have been worse ... the passports were in the room too!)

Man, that sucks!!! I am sure you guys were devastated! But, thank God that there are nice people out there still eh??!! I guess from now on the money and camera won't be leaving your side! Glad that your aren't going to let this ruin your trip though. Hope you take lots of pics at the Galapagos!

The Coldest Winter In Canada
Hi my honey's Just wanted to let you know the news report that said this will be the coldest winter across Canada in 15 years. I want you to re-live what you would be going through right now in Edmonton, the scraping and sweeping off the car, the wind chill bite on your fingers, burrrrr! Doesn't that make you feel good to know you are missing all that? We already had a huge dump of snow here in Abbyville, and then the next day it rained and it was all gone. I got the X-mas decorations up, another thing you don't have to worry about this year. Where do you think you'll be for X-mas? When you come back I'll make you a big turkey dinner.
