Beautiful pics as always Tom!........New Zealand sounds like the place to see.....I'm sure the pics don't do it justice...I look forward to your next entry...later!
Not so fast... Naw, mail order male is too expensive Michelle. I think I'd best stick to a piece of dead skin or something. Cheap to mail, easy to clone, I think. They're doing amazing things in the cloning industry these days! What do you think, Anyone? Oh, as for when I'm coming home, that's for me to know and you to find out! You'll just have to play the waiting game...
Wow! New Zealand has some great scenery Tom, looks like your enjoying yourself down there. Make sure you save some room for canadian beer when you get back. Gerald
Franz josef Hey there, here's a stranger who has also been to Franz Josef...I was there back in early Jan. and it was the coolest thing ever, hiking up the glacier! By the way, who was your guide?
Cheers,
Claudia Cavazos
Nice I was just trying to be nice, but since your fine with telling everyone your weight, I guess I'm fine with telling you I can't afford you. Seriously though, how long does this adventure go on for? Are you back in Canada anytime soon?
You're a little off... Hmmm, $1800 divided by $12/pound... that's about 150 lbs! Tee hee, oh you! Sorry, but my phat ass weighs about 180 lbs, so it'll cost you about $2160 to get me back to Our Home And Native Land! I'm not about to go on Jenny Craig either, so you'd best wait for me to get back home!
RE: DNA Anyone, you can have a lock of hair AND toenail clippings - I'm good like that! Michelle makes a good point though, those toenail clippings may cost a lot to mail. They get pretty big. ...Ewww, that's probably too much info, eh? Oh well, too late!
DNA toenail clippings huh?... The shrine is way beyond that, I was hoping for a personal visit... or at least a lock of hair. I think I'm insulted. Hope your having fun wherever you are!
Just goofin' off... Hey Anyone, nice to hear from you again! Yes, I have been checkin' in, but mostly out of habit. Along with e-mails and such, you know? I will try to write something soon, but I don't have a helluva lot to say. So you must be checking in everyday if you know I'm checking in everyday. Whatup with dat?! If you need some DNA for my shrine, I can mail you some toenail clippings! Ha ha, just teasin'! Later!
Everyday I see that you check in practically everyday (at least lately) as though to... check for updates? When are we gonna be able to move to the next vicarious location? The people want to know!
I leave and you fuck up you knee? Hey buddy! The blog looks RAD! Yet, that's what you get for running down mountains, a litte memento (funny, sounds like Mentos)! Best of luck on the remainder of the journey! May the Schwartz be with you! Thanks for the lovely (wink) send-off and take care! NOW WHERE'S MY FUCKIN' CAMBODIAN BABY!!! Peace out Bro ;)
Well said! Well said Crow, I hope you are right; Canada being a cocktail culture would suit me just fine! It certainly has the chance to be just that! And thanks for reading my blogs!
Canadian Culture Boy, the development of culture does not need to be worked on, instead it takes shape naturally by time and people. Look at all these countries with rich cultures like China, India, Thailand, Japan, Egypt...Which one has not gone through a long period of time? Which one is not highly populated? But Canada is such a young country and scarcely populated thus it's not surprised to see maple syrup and beavers as its IDs. Just wait and see, with the flood of immigrants from around the globe, maybe Canada will melt into some kind of cocktail culture.
BTW, your entries are brilliant! I've posed a comment before on your Thailand blog, and have been following you ever since. Walk on, Let experiences, images, and people free blow through your clothes.
I love a good landscape. You and your pictures. You'll have to make some posters when you get back, Mt. Taranaki and Sunset at New Plymouth are some sweet pics.
Wow traveling alone, I could never do that I'd get lonely and talk to strangers... oh wait...I already talk to strangers... nevermind.
Yes I'm bad I'm the imaginary girlfriend, right Tom and yes I am very, very bad. I know Tom has put himself more often in this situations and he always take off. Why Tom? At the other hand, she was getting laid and offer her body very easily, a tramp also!! Tom, my imaginary friend, you did the right thing.
Tom let me give you one advise...let girls work for you, they must deserve you and for that she must let you feel/ see that she wants you and will do anything to get you!! If's that's allright by you, by her a drink and make eye contact. But stay mysterious, ladies like that and you know, I can know it!!
and yes I loved this story too....it's just Tom. And yes you look hansom.
cheers, Ilona from Holland
Oh Dear! Hey Tom!! Glad everything is going well. I think you were very wise and no it does not seem gay that you turned her down, it just shows that you have much higher standards, and for all the people out there that still think you are gay, well ...they didnt sit next to you at work and listen to all your comments about the girls walking by the window and how great they looked when they were walking by, or hey ...remember that girl you thought was really cute in the badminton tournament..... :):) we are doing the tournament this year again to keep the tradition going, we will miss you tonnes! Tom I truly hope you are getting everything from this trip that you wanted to! You deserve it! you are a great person, I know you worked hard for this and you derserve every moment of it! :) Continue being you Tom and have a blast! Take care - Kim :)
Thanks for the advise, Kersten! I actually did see the Kauri forest and the Coromandel Cove, but only briefly. Such is my fate when opting for the Tragic, ... er Magic, Bus. I'll be checking out your blog though, you've obviously done a lot, and I definitely need some info, so thanks again!
Sherman, glad to hear from you! Sorry, no pics. wouldn't have posted them, even if I did - she could be reading this! Could you imagine what she might do to me?! I'll check out the website tonight. No doubt it's hilarious!
Hey Tim, thanks for calling it an accomplishment, that makes me feel slightly better. Oh, and rest assured: it was AWKWARD!
What are you doing in NZ? Hi, I was just reading your blog. Not sure what you are up to (apart from meeting dodgy girls) but we visited NZ in November as part of a RTW trip and it is the best place I have been. If you went straight to Paihia you have missed the best part of the North Island in my opinion, the Kauri forest on the West Coast. Also Cathedral Cove in the Coromandel, so hope you went there.
A few recommendations from my trip are to do a Hangi meal and all the sights in Rotorua including Wai o Tapu, Abel Tasman NP (sea kayaking), heli hike on Franz Josef, Lake Tekapo and if you get chance to go back the Whiitangi Treaty Museum in the bay of islands. If you want to see some pics and diary entries you can look on my blog which is travelblog.org/bloggers/enroutetooz
Hope this helps and you enjoy the rest of your trip. Stay away from strange girls!!
Good one... very smooth cowboy. Sometimes you gotta wonder when it gets presented like that but other times you just gotta have a few more beerios. I'm disappointed though... no pictures of this lovely lady?
Check this site out if you haven't already, I wanted to show it to you before you left on your trip. http://www.wherethehellismatt.com/
