I wish I could say we had a smooth arrival into Prague but I really can’t. The city was absolutely blanked in fog, I had no idea that we were even close to the ground until the lights on our plane reflected off the runway pavement. It was an incredibly eerie and uncomfortable feeling. The pilot landed the plane on automatic mode which means a computer rather than a human landed us. Day Five: Hello, Santorini!!! We woke up again to that incredible breakfast and I seriously stuffed myself full of homemade Greek yogurt and fresh honey…its incrrrrredible!!! Day Three: Arrival into Naxos Six am wake up and off to the ferry port to head to the Greek Island of Naxos. This weekend was a bit spontaneous as a group of us decided to hop on a train and travel to Wales. Surprisingly, Wales is only a short hour and half train ride from Oxford which is over an hour closer than the Gatwick Airport that we usually fly out of. Day One: Arrival into Ireland We are starting to realize that over here in Europe, things just usually don’t go as planned, that’s just how it is. For instance, our flight with Ryan Air was supposed to depart around 5:30pm out of Gatwick Airport, so Mitch and I arrive about 2 hours before to compensate for traffic or anything of that sort. Day One: Arrival into Munich Thursday morning came oh so early…I can’t say that I was ready to ride my bike from Logan House to the bust station at 6:30 in the morning. My backpack is enormous and it weighed a ton…driving in the bike lane, in the dark, half delirious, with a small elephant on your back is not the ideal way to start the morning. It is quite difficult to a keep an up-to-date journal of our time here. I came to that conclusion over the last 7 days as I keep finding myself too exhausted or just too busy to sit down at the computer for a few hours and upload pictures and document the days.
