Dear all, I arrived safely last Wednesday and I just wanted to keep you informed on how I am doing. My mom is going to have knee surgery on Friday and I was going with her to all the different appointments that she needs to go to before surgery. Other than that, we celebrated Magda's birthday at one fun restaurant. I was surprised that all her friends were asking me so many questions about myself and talking about them so easily like I know them for ever. We stayed at the restaurant from 930 pm until 1 am!!! Oh well Cecilia and Jano left. Friday was the best day at Villefranche Sur Mer, where Ceci swam and Janito asked to get into the water. We had dinner at a very nice restaurant; and get ready to go back home at around 9 pm. We are so sorry it took us sooooo long to keep you updated! First Boularies -the town we were staying close to Saint Raphael- had NO INTERNET. it was a pretty small town, cozy, safe, with lots of families and children;Jano felt at ease. Some little short stories... Ceci following Makela's directions to do yoga exercises, broke a picture frame in the cute small apartment while doing a down facing dog!!!! Dear all! First of all cecilia decided the title ???? We arrived to Boulouris Sur Mer, a town very close to Saint Raphael and we went to the circus with Jano... our apartment is cozy and very convenient with a nice balcony where we can have lunch and breakfast. Our first experience of the beach was leaving Jano's bathing suit behind, hanging from a tree (by her auntie mak) and found it next day on a "lost and found" plant pot at a restaurant cloe by! After a great day of gray Paris yesterday, around the Notre Dame, the Pompidour and Saint Agnes Church, we walked up today with the worst jet lag in a 30 degree humid summer; we had no other choice than surrounder to shopping; Jano was busy chasing pigeons and singing odd songs in three different languages. We walked Paris and stop by different bistros to eat succulent meals for a reasonable price! and two glasses of French wine are only 6 dollars! Dear all, My sister and I are so happy to be reunited after 2 years! My nephew looks great and I am enjoying time with him. We decided to stroll the city for a while but the three of us are exhausted because none of us slept the night before the trip! The first time Cecilia and I went to Europe and spent a month and half backpacking around... It was a lot of fun, and it was back in 1995.
