Wow, Wow, Wow!! I've just read the last two entries. You are really packing in an amazing year Susin - how interesting. Glad you enjoyed that trip away and got to see even more of France. Hope returning to uni isn't too much of a culture shock!!
Janna Yeah, actually there are lots of those kinds of rumours and that's what the Treasure of Montsegur is actually based on - but although the story is factual in regards to history it's actually just a fictional story about a woman who lived through the Inquistion. Still very good though!
that trip looks so fantastic! Now Montsegur is on my list of places to go, too! Isn't there also some stroy about the Holy Grail having been stored there at some stage...? Not sure though
Venice and Rome... Hi, having trouble posting comments, really wanted to post it on Venice. Wow! Venice look sooo cool... I can't believe how clear the water looks, always imagined it dirty brown for some reason. Really looks like a great place to visit. Rome too would have been very interesting, just dripping in history. Happy Birthday for the 15th! Kiara had a great 18th party, will try n send some pics. Love us x
Ahhhh Ahh memories. I have never looked at photos of a destination so many times and they've managed to illicit a sigh each time. I've downloaded your sleeping gondolier man, so 'grazie mille' for that one!
