As i will be with you for your 30th birthday, I can most certainly guarantee that you will not be without a moderate to severe hangover. Sorry, I wish it didn't have to be this way...

What's so sacred about a sphinx? - From: Giza and Cairo
I'm horrified to hear about the Pizza Hut and KFC across the road from the sphinx! Is nothing sacred?!? I do, however, love photos 9 and 10 of you with toe on pyramid and caressing the sphinx. Nothing is sacred, I guess. Heh.

I hope you realize... - From: The Big City in the Desert
Dearest Leah, As I've read your blogs, I've enjoyed hearing about your adventures and things your doing and seeing, however, in this latest blog, it sounds like you took off in Cairo by yourself....and that just doesn't seem like a good idea to me. So, I just hope you realize that you could disappear in a city that size and no one would know, and/or be able to find you. You're not very big you know, I wouldn't want some big Eqyptian to carry you away. Please don't get stolen, I'd really like to see you again someday.

Excellent Blog! - From: Serengeti
Hi Leah! It sounds like you are having a blast! Travis and I thoroughly enjoy your blog entries and can't wait to see what you do next! I have told my friends about your adventure, and they are also interested in your journey. I have even forwarded on the link to one of my friends, who asks about you, almost every day. Africa sounds like a different world, a world that I'm glad I get to see, vicariously through you :) Your blogs are very detailed, giving me (and anybody else who reads it) a very good sense of what you are experiencing, although I'm sure it's nothing like being there. I read your entry about the silverback gorillas to my Mom, and she thanked me for reading it to her! We are all impressed with your enthusiasm and outgoingness (is that a word??) and hope that your travels continue to be an adventure of a lifetime. Take care, and keep up the great blogs! We love you! -Travis & Kristi
