Best of luck I wish I would have known you were leaving so i could say good bye. Be careful and be sure to bring me back something cool. Best of luck to you uncle.

The Journey Begins Did you remember to do maintenance on the Silly Scion before you left? Did you take any spare parts? How far south are you? Do you hear the banjos?
Be safe on your journey :) I would love to see Mexico and Central America... all those pyramids and ruins. Machu Picchu has been beckoning me for years but that is pretty far to drive. What will you be driving? Hope you are taking a 4x4.
We love you man! Listen to your heart, if you get spooked by Mexico, turn around and come back to us, ya hear?
Safety How exciting, Johnny! I know I'll be enjoying your blogs....while I'm praying for your safety! It sure would be nice if you had someone going with you!!
God Bless!
Linda
I'm with you in spirit I wish I could accompany you on this one. I know the fear and apprehension that you're feeling. I felt the same way about my Asian expedition. Once I landed in Taiwan, the fear evaporated, and I got down to business. But I'll be honest with you, I do worry for your safety, especially in Mexico. Take care. I'm with you in spirit.

I am writing this blog at the behest of a few friends and family who expressed an interest in receiving regular updates on my road trip to Central... full info
