WOw, Did this free walking tour of amsterdam today. And the dutch are cool. They built there whole town on creeks and ponds with stone and concrete supports. WOW. They have religion along with prostition mixed with tons of drugs. And somehow prosper. They are anti hard drugs and hadly have any junkies. Except for the 1000''s of college kids galavanting around the town. But really cool stuff. Tons of crooked buildings like 10-20 degree's off. Tons of history with the 80 year war with the spanish and the fact they sat back and supplied the weapons for the first world war. Okay continuing this blog from Antwerp. SO we stayed up til 5am and watched the sun come up. Slept til 12. Shit!~!!!! What evs we got 4 days here. It wes an expensive evening. Like 100 + Euro somehow? But thats expected on ur first nioghtr. No worries no hookers. Though they are smoking hot and half naked and across the street from our hostel. MMMMm love when u can smoke hash at ur computer. WOW! What a wild city. Love it when u can get a coffee and a hash joint @ 8am. Well we arrived today and it was a rough one. We never ended up sleeping mush on the plane. More drinking than sleeping. We arrived at 6am and got a lovely surprise. MY brand new guitar that I checked as fragile and special package was smashed. Not cracked, not dented but smashed into a million pieces. I took it quite well. LOL. And apparently the airline isn;t responsible. So I"ll have to email them when I sober up. Wow, so the camping trip this weekend was more than we bargained for. Our site was an island in the middle of a channel in a very large lake. None if any coverage from the elements. We had 90km/h winds, rain, fog, hail, thunder and lighting, SNOW, and 4 hours of glorious sunshine. It was a rough go. Fishing wasn;t the best either. Only 4 caught. Almost got lost in the pitch black after picking up Josh and Rob. Our GPS died, but luckily we had spare batteries. Hello there. Well 27 days til my trip starts. But it has already started, with the anual May 24 camping/fishing trip. This year we're going just south west of North Bay, On. Nice remote lake and we got a spot camping on a sweet island. Anyways this is my first entry so I guess I should expand on exactly where I"m going. I fly to amsterdam on June 16th and have a 2 month unlimited eurorail pass. The plan is Belgium, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, possibly Hungary/Turkey, Greece, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal. My buddy Jordan flies out of Paris on August 16th and I fly to Dublin. Spend around 3 weeks in Ireland, then over to England. I fly to Auckland NZ on sept 16th. Then over to Australia for 3 weeks.
