Thank you! - From: Auckland and more
Thanks again for your comments. :-) It is good to know the northern hemisphere is still there! Unfortunately we couldn't do the jump as we were too late. Otherwise, of course we would have done!!! Although Rachel worked out it cost $10 a metre of fall so she wanted to just jump off a chair on the landing base! (I think that was more to do with her preferred drop length, rather than the price!) Simon is feeling well after his head eruption! He actually planned that himself, so is glad you appreciate it. :-) Meanwhile, I guess you school people are enjoying your last day. Hope you all have a great summer holiday! Best wishes, Catherine

Thought you'd like to know that we went on the mystery trip today, we went to Twycross Zoo and it was great! (Guess who got lost in class 3)! Looking forward to seeing more pics and blog soon! I hope Simon's head has recovered from having the geyser come straight through it - he looks very stoical about the whole thing. Great that they can switch the geyser on and off for you tourists - perhaps we should develp one in West Bridgford. Looking forward to our holiday in France which starts on Friday - probably no geysers though so not as exciting as your trip. Hope the holiday continues to be as successful as it has been All the best Peter

What an interesting blog, Rachel. I envy you having so many varied and exciting experiences. I bet your mum was really daft about those puppies! All the museums sound such fun! Perhaps you might run an informative museum one day (possibly about planets etc). Have you been looking at the night sky ! Is it very different from watching in your back garden? The children here break up from school on Tuesday so they only have 2 more days to go!! I love hearing from you all. It makes me feel like I can enjoy your holiday as well. love G Sue PS I have given up playing the piano (you wont be surprised!).

Dear Simon G'day mate, how are you? Have you spent any of your $? Did you watch the Ashes? Back in England we have just read a message about you trying to find a restaurant and it took ages to find one and the waitress kissing her boyfriend! It was very funny! How big was the kiss? Back in England we've been split up into groups and done a powerpoint to say why your theme park was good. The theme parks that got chosen were Alton Towers, Twinlakes, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Drayton Manor and Legoland. Blackpool Pleasure Beach won! We hope you will have a nice time in Austrailia and New Zealand. From your friends back in England Jack and Eddie.
