I agree Yeah for Munich! I loved my stay there, absolutely my favorite part of being in Germany. I loved Salzburg, and we will definitely need to discuss other places we went to together. Enjoy it, I am so jealous of you right now! Talk to you soon!
You are loved! Hey beautiful girl... your papa sure misses you. Can't wait to finally hug you when you return to our little corner of the world on June 12th. In the meantime, enjoy your final legs of your European EDventure with Alisia. God bless you both as you flap your wings soaring to the highest heights Italy has to offer. As for "When in Rome....", I believe it simply conveys this: Wherever you are, do as the locals do, experience it fully! I know you are doing that. Love to you and Alysia, Happy Trails, Dad
you be the lucky one! Vanessa Fraenkel- life sounds maaaavvvvaaaaalesssss for you. Enjoy every minute of your down time with Macon. I know you have both been "counting the days" for this special time to be together. So, are the guys cute and fun? Did I hear that there are GREAT nudist beaches there? You young ladies keep learning soooo much in Europe. On a serious note: stay safe and god bless you both. Vanessa, we look forward to your next posting.
Love you, papa (the guy who has your online finances under wraps) Yeah!!!
So, big plans for your 21st? I didn't realize that you shared the same B-day as Antoine. When you get back I'm taking you out, I miss having you here to go to Chino Latino's with. Yes, I could go with someone else, but it wouldn't be the same :) I really miss you, but I'm so glad you have the opportunity to experience life like you are! I will definatley have to go back with you some day!! Work has been crazy so I haven't had much of a life. But I'm looking forward to all the summer events. I'm hoping you'll go to the Twin Cities Jazz Festival with me, Jun 20, 08 Jun 29, 08.
Miss you, love you,
Trinette

Wow, what an experience! Hi Ness,
I'm so glad that you can land for awhile and just relax. Sounds like you will have lots of stories to tell us--I can't wait to see your photos and hear about your travels. Please be careful when you're traveling alone. I know it doesn't help to worry, and I'm trying not to. I'm glad you have been aware of your surroundings and are using your head! Have a wonderful time and I'll make sure Miles keeps your bed warm... I love you, sweetie!
You are a ROCK STAR for JESUS! Vanessa, I am soooo proud of you darling young lady! Did you pile up a few burdens for me too? OK, I'll walk with you in the future, not sure of the whole 31 days.....
I am praying for your safety and that you have a wonderful next leg of your European EDventure! You are learning a ton aren't you? Oh yeah, sorry to say your bank account for this trip has gone dry. Sorry to lay this heavy burden on you at this late juncture. Oh well, I am sure you will improvise just fine. What about stone soup? Love you, papa
What fun! Hello Nessa!
What an amazing end to what has sounded life a life altering trip! I am so glad you have had this opportunity's. Enjoy the next few months too! I got your post card last week. I meant to write you sooner! Thank you so much! I love that i was more interesting than your class. Life in the Midwest is slowly warming up and becoming bearable. It finally stopped raining and the large puddles are leaving campus! Aside from that life is good. Only 27 days left until the summer. Miss you, see you next fall!
Wow! Sounds like you had a super time! I can't believe that your schooling is almost wrapped up. I'm so glad that you have made such great friends and that you have seen so many beautiful places. What an opportunity! Now onto your next leg when I really get to worry about you--traveling to various/random sites, maybe being alone between destinations, meeting new people, doing things that I probably don't want to hear about....! The naked hippies/hot springs gig was enough already! Seriously, I am very proud of you for being so adventurous and couragious and I know you'll use your head and stay safe, right? Just keep telling me that...:) I love you, sweetie, Mom
HI NESSA! Was GREAT to get a update on the last few weeks. My feet and pocket book are back on the ground Wow! what a trip it was to see my favorite, beautiful daughter! I have a favorite son too, aren't I lucky. Europe in two weeks is not nearly enough time to do everything the family wanted to do together and apart, however, we certainly gave it our best! Funny how it goes, on the money side, two weeks was more than enough time, my wallet screams "ouch" and "how dare you" each time I reach for it. Hilary/Obama, time to get our economy back on line as the American dollar in Europe is mighty wimpy- sad, yet true. One (London) Pound costs two American Dollars and One Euro (rest of Europe) costs $1.50. Sorry to say, but it does impact the quality of your trip. Speaking of Hilary, Obama, they sure are a HUGE topic and interest in Europe. Fascinating really...
Money aside, it was an amazing trip! Here are a few words that come to mind: awe-inspiring, exhausting, confusing, delicious, frustrating, incredibly beautiful, quaint areas, BIG cities (Barcelona, Paris, London), amazing transportation systems (let's get going MN), expensive, friendly, unreal, overwhelming, humbling....... and nice to be home again. Thank you Vanessa for showing us around your new digs and guiding us through our many times we got lost trying to find you. It was comical, a bit scary and an A(E)DVENTURE!!!
Nice to be back home where I can rest from my vacation....
Love you darling, DAD
Holá chica Hey girlie!
Sounds like you had a great Semana Santa! Glad everything worked out well (minus the robbing ;( ) I know you were looking forward to their visit! Enjoy your last few weeks and go to as many bars in Granada as you can! Free tapas...need I say more.
Madrid... The most beautiful city in Europe, I spent 2 years of my life living and admiring the spanards, I am origionally from Florida, and if Spain didn't give Florida up back in the day, who knows...
Enjoy your time, I have no idea who you are, but I enjoyed reading your blogs, it brought back memories for me...
later,
Asa
