Neigh - Neigh 1981
Well, looks like I am now an independent traveller!! Sorry you guys can't join me on my wonderful journey, but I will keep you updated along the way for sure!!! I spend 6 months teaching at The Hundred of Hoo School in the UK, then I travel to Turkey for a 35 day trip down to Cairo at the end of July. Following this I meet up with my UK housemate Mel and do a Contiki tour of Western Europe, then I travel around Eastern Europe by myself with a back packers tour group for three weeks! My plans seem to keep changing but following my travels I will be moving in to London and finding teaching work there!!!

Hi everyone! Trying to Settle Into London Life

About time I got the chance to write one of these!!! It isnt easy to type on these computers either as the keyboards have Turkish Alphabet and are back to front so dont expect any decent puncuation!!! So my trip started off with a couple of nights in Istanbul. We stayed in a really touristy back-packer area but it was still cool. The first experience in a car with a Turkish driver was interesting. Edinburgh - Mixing the Old With the New

With our backpacks mounted we trekked our way up to the train station excitedly to catch the train into London to arrive at Heathrow for our 1:50pm flight to Edinburgh, Scotland. It all went off without a gliche, apart from the fact I sat alone on the flight as my seat was seperate to Mel's and Luke's. Unfortunately I couldn't see anything while flying as there were clouds everywhere. We landed at Edinburgh airport and pretty much walked straight out on to a bus that took us into the city. Woo hoo!!! Two weeks holiday!!! Well we will skip what I did in the first week because basically I did absolutely nothing! So I was really looking forward to getting out of the house!!! Thankfully it was only a two hour train ride to Runcorn on Wednesday 12th April at night time. Uncle Arnold was there to pick us up from the train station at 10:30pm, and we were so tired that we pretty much went straight to bed!
