On a recommendation of another Aussie we meet at breakfast we headed out to Stanley which is on the other side of Hong Kong Island. The hotel suggested that we get a taxi there as that was easiest but in true Michelle and Graham style we opted to do things the hard way :). The trip over via mass transit was actually very easy and ended up about 1/10th the price. Stanley was a direct contrast to HK Central. After a bit of a sleep in this morning and another fried breakfast we decided to head over to Hong Kong Island. We took the Star Ferry over the harbour with PJ and started walking - Graham is so glad that he did all that preparation before leaving :). We made it to the Western Market where Michelle showed great restrain and made it to the second stall before she bought a nice silver pendant. We arrived early this morning after our plane was delayed leaving Brisbane because of a Typhoon in HK. After a bit of a mix up and trying to break into the wrong room we finally managed to nod off after 24 hrs on the go.
