Day 2 - 6 - Culebra Continued...

Since the rest of the vacation has begun to mesh together in my mind, I figured I would summarize it in one post: A few days before I left NY I checked the weather and was dismayed to see a 40% chance of rain each day for the entire trip. I told my mom expecting her to be equally upset, but she laughed at me. She told me that in the tropics there is always a 40% chance of rain but if it does rain it is usually only for a few minutes. True to her word, it didn't rain at all. Just one more reason not to trust the weather channel. We spent most of our time at the beach. Day 1 - Welcome to Culebra!

Before I begin talking about the trip, I figured I should start with how we decided to go to Culebra. To make a long story short, my Mom and I were supposed to go visit my Grandparents in Florida for Mothers Day, but my Mom and my Grandma got in a fight, and so we decided to go to Culebra instead. Now that thats out of the way.... I was skeptical at first, but I found out that 5:45AM actually does exist. I had never seen it before this day. Not a fan. After a 4 hour flight we arrived in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
