Wow! What a vacation! Thank you for your experiences in the far east. What a lot of work you have gone to! I am ever more interested in that part of the world now, after eading about you adventures. We Must get together this summer and swap stories.
Thanks again
Love you pictures! You are teaching me so much. Makes me want to go there. We have the purple flowers here as well. We've had them since the beginning of March. When walking down the streets it like a wedding...instead of rose petals there are purple flowers to walk on.
Sorry I'm so late with a reply Hi folks,
It's so interesting to see the things you're doing. We need to get together to swap stories. YOU are doing a fine job of informing us about Ho Chi Minh City. We're looking at the school there for our next teaching experience.
blog Hi Mallory,
Enjoyed reading about your adventures. We have also been in Viet Nam so could identify with many of your stories. Sounds like you are having a lot of fun. Would love to be on your blog list.

Brave soul!!! And we think it's nice here at 26 - 27! Are you driving the scooter yet Mallory? Our friends bought a scooter in Huautco to go with their new place.... went out last weekend and crashed. She's nursing a sore shoulder now. That shrimp in the pineapple looks yummy.
j.hoiland@hotmail.com Looks awesome!!! Wish I was there...were once again geting a ton of snow here....yuk...may have to pop the lid on the neighbors hottub!! haha
j.hoiland@hotmail.com What amazing pics...especially of you and the others on the elephant....loved the pic of you running away, haha...glad you mastered a safe dismount!!
What beauty!!! Oh the things you find when you travel. We ended up in Tepoztlan, a small town just outside of Mexico City, and went for a "walk" which ended up being a walk and then the vertical started...1000ft almost straight up..in flip flops and no waater...but we didn't stop till we got to the top to see and view the amazing area. Sounds like you continue to have a good time and seeing and doing a lot. We are impressed with the motor bike story. Our friend just crashed her new scooter last weekend. Guess 50 something year old ladies, with no experience with motor bikes should not drive them.

Keep them coming!
Hi Enjoyed following your travels...thanks for posting pics & info....we had a cooler week in Pv last week..we were gone Jan.29-Feb.6 and had the first half beach days but the last half was definitely cool...so we did go on some excursions..whale watching, out to Bucerias and on a city tour (tequila factory, flea market, Mismololya)...it was a good time but weatherwise somewhat disappointing...we can no longer say always hot & sunny in PV!!! I am back to work but without a contract yet, Lecia had asked for a leave of absence till the end of June, but the Board denied that (big surprise, eh!!!) anyway until she officially gives them notice I guess I will be waiting...I did hear she took another job (training unemployables) ...have my cataract surgery tomorrow...damn.. no sick day, although I planned for the sub)...anyway, enjoy your times & keep us posted...miss ya, Cath
