So after taking a day or so to recover from the trek from hell, I decided to stick with Emily and Ben and head towards Pucon, Chile, with the thought to walk up a bloody big volcano. So spanish class is out and the real adventures being in the Bariloche region. I have decided to do some hiking with the Australian couple from my course, Emily and Ben. Our first job is to head to the Club Andino, where you can get information on the tracks around the area. So after being in country side that reminded me of Australia it was off towards the Andes to see things that I have never witnessed before. I was very excited to be going and was not sure what to expect other than hearing that you can get good chocolate in Bariloche. Managed to get the front seat on the bus which means you have great views as you are driving but also you get to see how close you come to hitting vehicles coming the other! After just over a week in Buenos Aires it was time to get out before I got stuck and see some of this country. Was on my way to do a spanish course in Bariloche and thought that I´d stop over for a few days in a town called Puerto Madryn. My main aim of coming to this town was going to the nearby Peninsula Valdes National Park, which is the place where Orca come and beach themselves in hope of catch a sea lion for dinner. So my first port of call is the wonderful city of Buenos Aires. Not really sure what to expect after getting off the plane after approximately 26 hours in transit. Thinking that my extremely limited spanish is going to add to the experience and my thoughts are just get in a taxi and make it to the hostel and go from there.
