seanxwong@hotmail.com awesome travel logs althou i am not sure enuff how I got the email linking to your logs.
I was in Yangshuo in Oct for the first time and have been there for three times since then, nice town crammed with annoying vendors selling cheap souvieniors for expensive prices.
Rock-climbing was exciting and a bit dangerous for learners like me:). thoese professional climbers went high up too fast when I was still at the bottom struggling myself up.
Dangeroos ladder Hey Mags....the ladder wasn't that long. I didn't count how many steps there were although I should have. Hmmm maybe it was around 30-40 feet?...I am so bad with estimation of distances and lengths.
Whoa now.... Hahaha. You've got to be kidding me right? Yes, I do bitch and complain which isn't different from when I'm back at home in my own country (friends and family will agree). But how does my "whinging" get me scammed all the time? Too narrow-minded and not tolerant?....now that's funny. I wouldn't be traveling in the first place if I was that type of person AND I wouldn't be applying for a job in China, of all places if I weren't a tolerant person. Please keep the comments coming cause they are entertaining especially when they are so ridiculous! Thanx.
Seriously... you complain and whinge too much. Maybe that's why you get scammed all the time. Don't go to other countries if you're too narrow-minded and not tolerant. Geez.
no time to read... sorry...cos miles is still sick and clingy. Just wanted to know the pictures are awesome. but i totally lol at the comments under them. My fave on this page "big ass rock"...so to the point!
hahaha
Hmmm fat! Hi Lindsay!
Thx for the link, it's good to read about it all again...I may just print it up and glue it in my journal! haha! I'm also stealing the pix, especially the twice fried pork fat! We're in Xi'an right now - going to Lhasa~! Yay! We even found another couple to share a jeep with us!
Today we went to see the Terra Cotta Warriors, they were alright, maybe built up a bit too much (in my head). They may also be another tourism scam! JK! Jacob wants to make a documentary about it, but then decided he'd be mysteriously killed by the Chinese gov't! Hahahaha! Anyways, sounds like Singapore is the kind of relaxing you've been looking for, so enjoy!

Yo! I'm super stoked for my long awaited travels to S.E. Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam) and China. This is one of those "self-discovery" and "what do I want in life" type trips. So feel free to join me during my journey for better or worse, through thick and thin, and in sickness and in health. It's almost time....leaving for Singapore Jan 10, 2007!!
