Paris, ooo la la! Looks like a perfect way to celebrate 40 years of marriage .. in the City of love... even beats City of Asheville, right?
I love Paris too and so happy that youy guys are having a blast! Don't forget to eat Escargot while there !!
Visit to the Chateaus The tree lined road is a fantastic picture - it appears that the road goes on forever. How do you furnish every room... and the heating bills. Love the pictures of all of the dogs with their"V" identifier - yes that would be a hound!
Blow-dryer Gail--I know exactly how you felt..Those type of hair dryers are in hotels all over Europe and, you better be quick in drying your hair because the longer you use them the hotter the handle gets! The pictures are beautiful. Hope the nice weather holds out. Diane
Love this time of day to see where you have been. This is better then sliced bread.
Larry - Ernie said, "Looks like Larry is just eating dessert and drinking". You both look
wonderful. My gosh Gail the hair drier was to funny. Well you are having a blast and we
(ME) going nuts! Redoing the kitchen and said to Ernie all this money when I could be on
ship or having fun like the Vinson's. That is what I call spending money in the right places.
Look forward to hearing from you on Friday.
Be safe,
Carol
Love the hairdryer picture. What we women have to go through to look good. I swear it is just too easy for men. Tom and I loved this town, so I know you are having a great time. The blog is great....keep them coming. Jackie
Beaune You have found one of our stops. It is neat to see some of the places that we visited. I note in your "buying gas" photo a Mercedes Benz symbol on the hood. Makes me want to see more. Show us the car...
The Car!!! Guess I did miss the pictures of the car...but now have seen them. It is BEAUTIFUL . I know you will hate to part with it in Paris. Have fun and keep the pictures coming. Love, Diane
Don't you love it? The pictures are great. I know you are having a good time. I had to laugh out loud at Larry running over those three rubber reflectors. Gail, I know you wanted to kill him. However, driving in a foreign country isin't easy especially when the road sings are in another language. Did I miss a picture of your new car, or have you not posted one yet?If

I love the flower boxes. I guess one of the things that amazed me most were all the beautiful flowers everywhere. And I also love the fact that there are no strip malls on every corner. It is just so quaint and untouched looking. Progress has ruined our country!!!
suitcase Wish I could have crawled in your suitcase! The pics are beautiful and I love the town - must put on the short list of places to go before I die.
For some reason American MEN drive crazy in Europe - you have to watch them.
Hugs and Love
Kathie
Oh Yeah!!! The car is beautiful. I know you must be so excited. The hotel looks really fabulous and I loved the picture of the chocolate cake. You know how much I love chocolate. Tell Larry, Tom said eat some weinerschnitel....bad spelling, but you get the idea. Have fun and take care of that new car!!! Love, Jackie
wow Other than dealing with EU airport, looks like you are off to a very good start.... realizing that you have enough 'LIQUID" fuel to get you around Germany. Love seeing the pics - keep us up on the menus - take a few pics of the food - the wine, the beer, the castles. And Gail you look fabulous.
Love your blog...keep it up. Hey, I love the first installment of the blog. Please keep sending....it is so much fun to read about your adventures. I know you are having a blast....it makes us want to do it again. Have fun and be safe. We love you both. Jackie PS Tom says to reduce the pics to 600 pixels.
