BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER AND LOTS OF IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oktoberfest has just ended, and it was the best thing I have been to EVER!!!! So many people and SOOOOOO much beer it is crazy. Myself along with Rach and Derek, headed to the bus sight to get the bus to Germany with Topdeck, yes we BUSED all the way, about 16 hours or more. wasn't too bad, Met some wicked people .......... Nicole, Michael (perth), kim (nz) and partner Sean(S/A) and many others from all over the show. Topdeck put on an awesome trip away. We started off at Okoberfest as soon as we arrived. This is just going to be a random post on what I have been up to over the past few months in London. I haven't been travelling much as it has been rather expensive to set myself up, with a job and a place to live .. not what you call cheap, that is for sure. There are going to be photos up here of my trip up to Scotland with the family. We had a Mcpherson family get together up in Newtonmore, in Scottland. Was a great trip but also rather cold. Well i am now at the end of my travels to the UK. I have been in England for abour 2 weeks and have just been relaxing for most of it. I was based with my Aunty in Wendover, just outside of Oxford but now I am in Derbyshire with my Grandfather. I have been up to Chester to visit my Uncle and i became a part time Mum, was great. I was looking after a 10 week old boy and a 18 month old Girl. I had a great time, was kept very busy. I went walked around the city wall in Chester. Was very nice. I have been out to see where my Mum was born and raised which was nice to finally see and experience. I am glad it is getting hotter here ... read more

I am now at the end of my travels before arriving in the UK. Mandy and I were in Amsterdam for only 4 days but i great 4 days it was. We mainly stayed in the city centre and shopped till we dropped. When we arrived we had nowhere to stay and tramped around for most of the day trying to find a place to stay, the problem waa, it was Easter weekend so everything was booked. We finaly found a place but only for one night so the next day we had to try find another place to stay. By this time Jet lag was starting to kick in and we were very tired. Well we have arrived in New York and What a great place it is. As much as it is an ugly city it is also VERY beautifull. We arrived at our back packers, unpacked and headed out down to time square. It was our 1st night and we were out on the town already. Carzy as it was, it was a Monday night and the town was packed. Myself, Mandy and Campbell headed to a few bars on the lower east side of the city. Crazy people - Was great to try and get them to guess where we were from. they didn't even have New Zealand close to the picture. After staying in LA for a few days we headed over to Santa Monica for a couple of days before heading to the "Big Apple" We didn't do much here apart from walking arround the shops, watching all the street entertainment and heading down to the beach. The amount of street entertainment was insane, it was going pretty much 24/7. It was great. The shopping was great too and very cheap. We headed down to the beach on our last day. Well our 2nd day in LA we spent at Universal Studios and also walking the "Hollywood Walk of Fame" It was a crazy busy day again, running around like children on sugar. The " Walk of Fame" was massive, it was so hard to try and find the stars you wanted. We were there at the time of an unvieling but i am not too sure who it was, some music producer or something. Universal Studios was Huge as well ... so many raide to go on. not as many as Disney Land but you would need more than one day to do everything. Wicked... read more

We are now onto our 2nd part of our journey. After a 10 1/2 hour flight, we arrived in USA, LA. It was kind of strange as we left Fiji at 9pm, Tuesday 4th April and we arrived in LA 1pm, Tuesday 4th of April .... what a long day. At the Airport we said goodbye to Phill and Andrea ( people we met on our fiji adventure) as the were heading off on the rest of their trip but myself, Mandy and Adam ( who we also met on Fiji) headed to our hotel- The Carousel Inn and Suit. We were right opposite Disney Land which was great as we didn't need to walk that far at all for all our adventures. Our 1st day we spent at Disney Land and also Disney California. So ... read more
