Since the last blog from Greece we´ve seen a whole lot of Italy and I still want more! We arrived in the Italian port of Bari on 25 July and headed by bus over to the west coast to Naples. Once we discovered that the information people were unhelpful, we managed to figure out how to catch connecting suburban trains to reach our hostel. After something like 28 hours in transit - including sleeping on the hard, noisy, engine humming floor of a ferry - and carrying our backpacks up and down escalators, on and off buses, it´s fair to say we were exhausted as well as hungry and tired.
