Well it has been a long time since my last entry, partly due to lack of internet, partly due to being away on a 9 day trip in Brisbane. Needless to say that the trip details are a bit foggy due to the all you can eat and drink seafood buffet in the hotel that we basically ate at every night and drank way too much at, hence the team trash label! Team trash refers to those hard core individuals that were out every night!!! THey know who they are!! My next month is busy again, but will now add regular episodes in my hectic life. Well hello all, I am back in the land of desert and never ending heat!!! Have been busy at work since I came back from Oz, but did make time to enjoy the visit of one of our favourite sons, Dan the son. It was great to finally meet him and to see how similar he is to his brother. (For those of you who are scratching your heads, I am talking about Matt's brother Dan). I am pretty sure that he managed to have a great time here, although I was not lucky enough to play him, and beat him at pool!! That will have to wait until August. Well, my mum treated me to an Australian Rules Football match last night watching my team the Adelaide Crows. I had forgotten how much fun it is to be in a stadium full to capacity watching sport live!!! It was the best atmosphere, I even got into the whole cheering thing!! They won which was even better!! My last full day here in OZ today, fly out back to Dubai tomorrow night, and have to be honest, am looking forward to getting home and back into the swing of things. Hey there all!! Have finally made it home to Australia and in one piece. The flight was long and tedious (with not working tv for 12 hours), but it was great to be home at the end of it. The weather is gorgeous here and am so glad to be out of the heat of Dubai. Last night it was actually nice to be abe to see the stars!!! Well, had my first trip to Russia in almost 4 years and it was so worth it. I managed to see the most important parts in the afternoon that we spent there. It was great to see that 9 of the crew went out (probably a record i might add) and we all managed to get along and have a great time. It was pretty cold (for us anyway considering i live in the desert!) at about 3 degrees but the best thing was that we managed to see a little snow falling!!! We trekked off to the Kremlin where the sun came out and bathed St Basil's Cathedral in stunning light for long enough to take some amazing photos.
