What a great time!
The food was amazing in France. A lot of people who I have spoken with about Haggis just do not understand. Really it is not as bad as it sounds (if you know what is in it). It was delightful, especially with the potatoes. What a great time!

Hi Kristen! I always enjoy reading your blogs and keeping up with what you are doing. So you're not only a world traveler, you're a great cook too! I wish classes in the US were cancelled as much as they seem to be in France. I could use some days off! You are having some wonderful experiences! Keep enjoying your time in France!

Reine pour un jour
Tu es tres convenable d'etre une reine pour un jour, ou, peut-etre, pour une anne entiere! I sure sounds as though you have the life of royality en la belle France et ailleurs! Thanks for the great update, Avec envie, Oncle Dave

Travel advisory!!
Make sure they think you're European in Istanbul. Many of the locals were VERY rude to Americans when I was there in October. Most very friendly if they think you're going to spend money, but otherwise RUDE to Americans! Keep the travel blogs coming...you're living my dream!!!!
