Fanciness That is a fancy running outfit you are wearing Madame.
When we come, where should we stay? And how much dollahs do you suggest we bring? And should we just do our conversion like we did in Montreal through the ATM?
I'm so excited!!! Can we go to Germany!?! Please! :-)
I am continually jealous! This looks like a beautiful town with amazing food! And look at you kicking ass in the running world! I'm so proud roomie! Miss you!

Good luck on your race!!!! Viel Glueck!!!
Bis spaeter dann!! A biento(owiththehat)t!!!!
you gave an 8! Kris - I love the description of the trips. Keep them coming. As a mother, not a teacher like your family, i must comment on the 8. Did the kid really deserve an 8. Think about when he or she went home - mama was not happy. Popa was less happy. The kid's night was ruined! That had to be an F right? Can't wait to hear about the next trip. Keep it coming... love, AUnt Kate
Sounds like you're having a great time and it's more like vacation than work! Seriously, these French kids are never in school. Very jealous! Good luck this weekend!!!! xoxo
I need to start teaching in France... You have so many days off! I'm very jealous! So glad to hear that you're enjoying yourself. I can't believe all the running you're doing -- good for you! Talk to you soon! xoxo Laura
LUCKY!!!!!!!!!!!! So now your drinking my favorite beverage... champagne and cassis. Do they refer to it as a Kir Royale there?
Make sure you bring a bottle of the Cassis (or more )home with you.The stuff made in Dijon is awesome and it's remarkably expensive here if you can even find it in the states. I have brought some back from Europe each trip I have made. Then I must savor it until we plan another vacation.
Bon jour ma bonne niece Hi Kris,
What a pleasant narrative and great pictures..sufficient enough
that je suis malade de jalousie! It sure seems as though you are having a wonderful experience ...well good for you! I am so proud of your get up and go attitude.

ringing rocks! yes!! i remember skating at ringing rocks too!! it was always so much fun,....especially the smaller rink that was up a few stairs....i would always practice skating backwards.
you're doing much better than me at keeping up with the running, but when you get back i'll hop into training again....we should do more 5ks this summer :)
keep it coming Hey Kris - for those of us caught in the doldrums of november, this blog is such a joy!! We are all living vicariously through your journeys! Keep it coming. James wrote a post card in french class to send to you so we do need your mailing address! Cherish these trips - glad to see you found something Irish on your travels! Love Aunt Kate
WOW!!!!!!!!! KEEP THE BLOGS COMING! It is so much fun to hear about your adventures. You're also rattling my brain and shaking loose the french I used to be able to speak!!!Mr. F. and I just got back from a cruise which departed from Barcelona......now that's a city to see!!!!
twin doggies they are adorable- Nancy looks nice and it looks like the weather there was just like here today- gray and gloomy. Hope you sat in one of the nice cafe!!!
FUN! Looks like great fun! Glad you and your travel buddy had such a good time despite the sinus trouble. I'm surprised that Dad is more concerned about the pastries than the liquor--Funny!
I'm glad to read that you had a great time travelling. Take every chance to discover nice places in Europe.
By the way, Wiener Schnitzel was spelled right. However, it's called Kaiserschmarrn. But I see that you tried some of my favorite dishes :). Keep doing it!
Greetings from snowy Germany.
