Bravo! By far THE BEST JOURNAL I HAVE EVER READ!...WOW!...
Loved hearing all the names of places...the visuals you gave(big plus)..the sounds the smells(not sure on the Urine Flower bit..but.....to each their own)
The/some of the pictures were a real treat to compare and follow along with too!..I realy appreciate all the time you put in to keep a blog..to task your brain to record and share opposed to just keeping it all for the 'moment'..
Très bien fait!

Ticked off! I'm still ticked off that you didn't even extend an invitation for me to join you on this magnificent "honeymoon" - let alone paying for my participation and chaperone services! I'll take a little time for me to extend forgiveness - if it is even solicited! We'll see. But what I have read so far is something that most of us should experience. Perhaps a "movie" upon your return will have to be a good substitute. Thanks for sharing all of this with us!!!!
How humbling I don't know that I could control my emotions. Just reading the books, seeing films and movies, hearing testimonials of people who were there at the time, none could convey the feelings you had when you were there. I've not been to the Holocaust Museum, but Melissa and Katie have. They said there was a lot of crying and theirs were among the tears.
One can only hope that humankind has learned many lessons from the WWII era. It is difficult to think that we are better when we read, hear and see the atrocities that are going on around the world today. We continue to say our prayers for good to conquer evil!

Unicameral Finally, somewhere else where there's a Unicameral! I have told people here about NE's Uni and they don't believe me. Not too long ago, though, a friend said she thought it would save a lot of time to have only one house!
Poor Bishop! Thrown over the cliff of the "hill". What a horrible death. At least they didn't keep his hand for a relic.

Dear Fried You had quite a day!
I really am curious as to whether the Danube is "blue", and did they not know to change the oil for frying?
Love you,
Auntie Ann
Happy Trails Your holiday is off to a wonderful, fun filled time together. Enjoy each other, drink in the sites, people, sounds and smells and please know we all see the world through your eyes on this trip. Thanks for sharing.
