From New York we made our way up into North Pennsylvania, and ended up staying the night at a camp site in Mansfield. Little did we realize that we had happened upon none other than “Bucktail’s Family Fun Park”, with a working antique carousel, mini trains, cable ride, fishing ponds and a really cool mini golf course (Tom didn’t seem to be too interested in that to start with, but I talked him around and he ended up really enjoying it - probably because I let him win!). Slightly bizarre was the signed guitar and poster of The Bloodhound Gang in the children’s games room though… Another night, another camp site - this time in North West New York, at the Four Mile Creek camp ground, with spectacular sunset views over Lake Ontario to Toronto.
