Well the rain stopped when I woke up and blue skies and searing heat greeted me. After breakfast I met up with a Parsian guy and we took a "stroll" to the Jeath museum for the ex POWS at Kwai. No sign posts and not many English speaking people made this harder than expected but the Thais were friendly and gave us free fruit along the way and eventually a nice old man gave us a lift on his motorbike free of charge. The JEATH museum (Japanese, English, American, Thai, Holland) is placed next toi Wat Chaichumphone (Wat - temple) and takes the form of a reconstructed bamboo hut such that the POWs stayed in.
