WOW
Hi you 2, You seem to be having a great time. We are enjoying your blogs immensely. Barbara, did you feel a twinge of nostalgia on the 1st day of preplanning or the 1st day of school? I did last year but not this 2nd year of retirement. I am jealous of your trip and am so happy you're having such wonderful experiences. Worth and I are heading out to Portland, OR. next Sun. for one of his business conferences and will then go up to Seattle to see Luke. Be gone about 10 days. Y'all continue to have a great time! Love, Pam

Bear
That is funny that you saw a bear because they have apparently sighted a bear in the neighborhood near us (Crabapple Falls). I am sure the bear here wishes it were closer to you than in this suburban area. :) Enjoy your blogs, hope you all are having fun. God Bless and safe travels.

Re: Gun search
Just recalled that when we went into Canada before the boys were born, we had a gun under the front seat of the car. When asked if we had any firearms, Worth said Yes, a (some calibre gun) under the front seat. The border agent said OK and didn't even ask to see it! But that was back in 1977 so times have changed. We didn't have terrorists then. Have fun. Pam and Worth

Loving it!
Hey Jack and Barbara, We are loving your blog and the pictures. What a neat way to journal your trip and stay in contact with everyone. That is awesome that you got to see Mike, Rhonda, Emily, and her boys. Lisa and her granddad came on Friday. They are officially putting the house up for sale. They would like to not list it unless they have to, so if you know anyone that might be interested - let me know and I'll put them in contact with them. It is like $75,000 as is, $77,500 with new carpet and paint, and $92,000 if they put it on the market. Tell Aleta and Shelby we said hello. Take care and have fun! Ida

Hey you 2, Sounds like great fun. I'm very jealous. Your commentary is very informative. LOVE it!! I went with my parents to Wall Drug Store when I was about 10 yrs. old so it's been around a long time. Also the Corn Palace. Guess they've resurfaced it many times since then! Have a GREAT time! Love, Pam
