New York New York Wow what a fantastic holiday you have had. We are both very envious. It's a balmy 32 degrees in Perth today so I can't imagine how cold it must be. New York looks like another amazing place you have visited. Look forward to seeing you two and your mum and dad next September in Wales. Love Marise and Steve xx
I've been there Hi HIHO, I've never followed anything on a blog before and yours have been grand. It was freezing when I was in New York in 2000 - a foot of snow fell in a day! Hannah you look beautiful in the pictures and Oliver you look very smart with that new haircut.
Looking forward to seeing you all soon and hearing of tales of adventure, love Jane x
New York! New York! You guys are having a ball, i think you should get mum and dad to ring school and extend you travels on the basis you havent finished your Lonely Planet travel guide yet!.
New York to come, just ask mum and dad to try the marathon route for me, just to see if its still as hard.
Take care Rob and the girls
Oh, those lovely beaches Oh, we can feel the warmth of the sun and those clean seas, what an experience. How will you all settle down upon return?
The buggy ride looked great fun but why did the juice factory stink?
The photos are coming through clear and your smiles say it all.
Love from Nain and Taid
So much fun!!! Hi Guys.....you look like you are having so much fun in the sun!!!! Shame about the rain ( big argghhhhhh). Ellie thinks it is awesome that you can catch fish on the beach. Its been reallly warm here and ellie has been on the beach here for the last 2 days after school....not quite as spectacular as the beach there..but its ours!!! Spring its on its way to Wales. Catch up with you on your next blog ttfn x
Poor you!! (please read in a sarcastic voice!!) Oh no, you poor things! How terrible for you...two and a half whole days of rain, however did you cope?
(please read in normal voice!) It makes a change for us to be able to say that we've had niceish weather (sort of) its been very sunny here and its slowly getting warmer which has been lovely. I'm sure we don't have to say it but keep enjoying yourselves, we can't wait for London when you can tell us all about it in person.
Big hugs and kisses love Sarah, Dan and Cerys xx
Sunny here! Hello All, I still have the post holiday blues but at least it's sunny here. Lambs are bouncing about in the fields and the daffodils are out. I like the sound of catching fish by chasing them up the beach - sounds great fun. Don't worry the sun will shine for you all soon, love Jane x
Awesome Wow!! Hannah and Oli, seems like your having an awesome time. New Zealand is also one of my favourite destinations and we love Queenstown. We also did the luge and even braver (which is not usually me) we also did the tandem paragliding which was the most amazing thrill. Do you get the feeling that New Zealand is almost a little piece of Europe? Keep having a fantastic time your stories are great. Love Marise and Steve xx
What next? Wow! That's a busy blog! Sounds as though your trip is getting better and better: helicopter rides; jet boat rides; what's next, a trip to the moon!?! It was great speaking to you the other day, we miss you lots and can't wait to see you (don't worry, we know you're not looking forwards to it!)
Big hugs, love Sarah, Dan and Cerys xxxxx

Walking, walking, walking .............................. Hello there whale watchers, walkers, and very very good timers.
your blogs are superb and paint an extremely good picture.
Our legs ached in sympathy and the videos of the whales superb.
It is an extremely good idea to send your blogs out so that we can all join in the fun.
The whales reminded Nain of her visit to Canada, they fill you full of joy don't they? Much love from Nain and Taid
Way to go! Fantastic reporting on the blog. We are enjoying the updates immensely. New Zealand pics look so like the coast of British Columbia where we live now. Keep having a fabulous time and lots more exciting adventures. Love from the Canadian leg of the family.
Wow! You are so lucky to have seen so much, we are very jealous but your blogs paint such a great picture we can imagine we are with you! We love the photos and the videos too, keep them coming. Lots of love, hugs and kisses xxxxx
WOOOOW!!!! Glad to see you are still having a horrible time and cant wait to come home. You have missed soo much excitement, rain, traffic jams and more grey miserable days you could not believe, sooooo jealous. Whales wow, got to see the pictures when you get back, please. Volcanos wow, but wait a minute you walk 16km? think ill just look at the pictures! take care
We know where you are! We remember swimming in that pool!! It looks a bit warmer than when we were there. Travelling suits you all, you look so well and relaxed. Keep up the good blog! Hugs from us
Finally!!! I can't believe I'm finally able to read your entries again. I've been dying to catch-up with your marvellous adventures but we were in Myanmar for over two weeks, where i'm sure you know, the government has a very strict control over what people can and can't write and read on the internet. It's terrible. I couldn't check hotmail, or yahoo and even had trouble writing on my Facebook page. If only the government truly knew what rubbish I write!!! Not only that, the get spies to follow you around the country just in case you're a journalist or something... At times I felt like James Bond. It was brilliant! Apart from that I fell in love with the country and the people. They are beautiful and their smiles just go on forever! Anyway, looks like we've all been extremely lucky this year and that all our travels have been brilliant growing experiences. The amount you have seen at your still young age is just amazing! I can just imagine how curious and a bit jealous (in a good way) your friends at home must be... I know ours are close to hating us! They've all threatened to build themselves small houses in our suitcases to travel wherever we go! Not likely!!! I'm so happy you enjoyed Bali and Singapore and everywhere else you were... I love the photos by the way. The one of you all on the elephant is my absolute fave though. I will download it and save it. So, after two months in New York, Milan, India, Nepal, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Malaysia, we are now back in Heathrow airrport (London) on our way to Rome and then Brindisi for two weeks (Luca's sister is opening a Bed and Breakfast there so we're going to help her out. I'll send you all the info later in case you guys want to spend some time in the south of Italy... The place is gorgeous. It's called Puglia). After that we go onto Israel, Jordan and then if time permits, Egypt. I can't wait. In case your blog entries slow down now that you're back home, my e-mail address is: vonbargen@hotmail.it and my Facebook username is: Alec Von Bargen. Pass them on to Mum and Dad and please say hello to Oliver for us. Be well Hannah and again thanks for the news. I look forward always to hearing from you and your view of the world will always make me smile. Thanks for that. xoxoxo Erik
I'm not really jealous! Lovely to hear all about the travels everywhere but in particular in NZ of course, and glad you're getting some good weather. Say hello from me, and if you've got a tiny wee space can I have some Milo please??! Love to you all Helen Kiwi xxxx
Wow, the diving and fishing both sound amazing. Can't believe how much you have managed to fit in. Don't blame you for wanting to stay out there. Lots of hugs love us. x x
