Challenging coastline Did they say how long it will take to make the repairs to the track. You did a great job walking as much of it as you could. It sounds like you had a wonderful time.
Cinque terre Hi Dave & Merry Jo, thanks for your comments! We really enjoyed the Cinque Terre as you can tell, and would love to return and walk its entirety next time. Unfortunately no idea just yet on when this will be, but id say check in on its status at http://www.cinqueterretrekking.com/cinque-terre-trails-status for updates on their progress :) Thanks, Greg & Kim
Cinque Terre The paths were closed when we were there over a year ago, one of them because an Aussie tourist was killed. Still an amazing place to visit, though. We stayed in Manarola but liked Vernazza the best - they have done a great job of reconstruction, haven't they? Looks like it's pretty hot for this time of the year?! I don't envy you the backpacks! Look forward to hearing about France - on my wish list :-)
Nice words! I don't know which one of you is the wordsmith, but well done. Very descriptive, feels like I have been there. Maybe you have missed your calling as a travel writer?
Bologna Continuing to remain a definite shade of green when reading of your latest experiences. Thanks for telling me about the Lamborghini drive AFTER you had done it! Please exercise the same discretion when you do the Running Away From the Bulls!
Thanks for sharing your travel experiences with us, Kim and Greg! I loved reading this post and checking out all the photos! It looks like you're having a wonderful time! xxx
Hi!
Again great photo's. Gran and I were in Venice in 1984, our hotel was by the Grand Canal and your photo's brought back some great memories, especially , The Doge's Palace, St Mark's (San Marco) square and the Bridge of Sighs (Rialto). We didn't see half of what you saw, because we only spent two nights at Venice as we were on a three week bus tour of Europe. Looking forward to more photo's. Love to you both.

Hey Kim (and Greg!)
Have a great time in Europe and make the most of the low euro! We ate ourselves to oblivium in Honkers the year before last on our first visit there
Cheers

Hi there! and welcome to the joint blogging effort of Greg & Kim, as we travel throughout southern Europe (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Morroco) on our way to live in London, where we aim to do lots more travel for the next few years.
No promises on how often we will post updates as it depends on wifi access, but we will try to jot down some notes and pics every few days :)
Enjoy!
