I emigrated from the UK to New Zealand in 1996. Eleven years later, with a husband and three kids, aged two, five and seven in tow we moved to Panama. We traveled in Central America for 18 months then in 2008 we moved countries and continents yet again, this time to Australia. I am currently living in Noosa, Queensland. Check out my

"What's Melbourne like?" I asked everyone who'd ever been there before my visit. "Oh, it's fantastic. Amazing culture, shopping and cafes. Melbourne's great. You'll love it." That was the general consensus. I visited Melbourne last year for a blogging conference but I didn't see anything apart from a conference room and 150 bloggers. ... read moreThis post has been adapted from one I wrote at my main blog, In the Hot Spot, during the Easter Holidays I had family visiting from England, giving me a grand total of four adults and six kids, aged from two to ten, to entertain. And that includes me. Phew!
