Cheers Linda! Hope you have a great time travelling back to Oz land. Lots of adventures to be had I'm sure. Dingle was a blast....;-) Hopefully,
we'll meet up again someday!
The Spit sailing Club ah such memories Hard to believe that you are on your way back home Linda, well back to where your heart appears to be. Surely you will miss the buzz of London, which amazes me, your decision to return. I hope we Down Unders do not disappoint you but then you have the amazing capacity to light up any scene you enter! It will be good to catch up perhaps not too many red wines this time, well for a day or two! Pokolbin bound sounds the go as well which once your English friends search Google they will be over in flocks to visit you. Loved the pic of the Boy Friend in which I "starred" many years ago!! Thanks for the cheery message of your immment return, you've made my day here at the Dept of Education a whole lot brighter after a long week end. Travel safely, enjoy every moment and keep in touch. Fond regards
Chris

Hello, welcome to my travel blog. About me - well to cut a long story short, I left England when I was 20 (a Barnet girl) travelled first to New Zealand for a year where I enjoyed life as a postie around Auckland’s streets (as at that time English people had a bad reputation for being too casual about employment) and it was all that was on offer. I loved it and got very fit, first on foot, then bicycle.
Then on to Australia for the next 30 years or so. Occupations included housekeeper on sheep station in outback Queensland, secretary for mining company in Mt Isa, scriptwriter, promotions... full info
