Not done the entire HCMC to Hanoi yet. Not by bike.. I think early 2012.. Kind of like do right up to the china border and beyond. Just not sure if the bikes or bureaucracy will allow this.. Bet Ewan McGregor never has these issue when he rides around the world, team of helpers to sort this kind of issue.. Safe and fun travels..

south to north ride
Did you and up doing it? I have thought about it also. I have read about people doing a partial ride but not the whole hog. Interested in your feedback. I am still here in Veitnam. Rode around Dalat yesterday, through the mountains.. lovely.. and fresh air to breathe.
