These are not Maori people Sorry they are definitely not Maori, they are islanders of some sort. I am a Maori so I'm not just taking that out of thin air. Nothing in the photo shown relates to Maori at all. Must have been some sort of pacifica show on or something.

Actually built in the 1930's. (was very much Art Deco until remodeled). Queen Elizabeth stayed here during her 1953-54 visit as did the Beatles in 1964. Not too bad for an uninspiring hotel, eh.
Wrong Building Sorry, this is not the Railway Station. It is the Law Courts building situated across the road from the Railway Station. Google "Dunedin Railway Station New Zealand" and you will find many many photos of the fine Railway Station building.

Volunteer work Hi,
I'm keen to volunteer next year and wasn't sure about any reputable companies to work for? I have completed two diplomas in Conservation and Horticulture.
Thanks,
Jasmine
go galapagos! I definitely love your entry about the Galapagos Islands and all the species that inhabit its wonderful islands. I recently visited the Galapagos using travel services from Galapagos-Inc, and was lucky enough to experience the islands to their fullest potential! Very insightful read, that I could definitely relate to! :)
Another mistake The Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque has already reached its golden Jubilee recently. Its already 50 years old n thus built in 1958...not in the 1990's but I guess it still looks new~
They are really beautiful scenes i've ever seen while talking about Antarctica. I've been always fascinated to it. Thank you for those good pictures and discriptions. Actually i was searching more about Antarctica in the Net and i came to visit this site/blog.
