Geoffrey Addison Clegg Hi, I was wondering if you could provide further details with regard to Geoffrey Addison Clegg -- wandering if there is a family history connection (buried at St Thomas' Church, Crosscrake, Kendal). Essentially, how did the 'Addison' get there? Intrepid adventures.
The "Addison" bit! Hi Karla. The Addison bit comes from my Grandmother's maiden name. She was Margaret Addison, marrried Fred Clegg. Their 2 children were Freda(my mother) and Geoffrey. There was a long tradition of including one or other of the family surnames as a middle name. Any help?
Scarborough? Llandudno? Was this a test to see if we really do read your blogs? What a great time you've had ... don't be too afraid of coming home - it's not 30 degrees but we've had a lovely warm sunny day today. Your garden will have been growing, Di! You really have been on one of life's big adventures, haven't you?

Grrrrr!!! Roar!!!! Purr ... Your blog sounds breathless. Excitement or exhaustion? I now know that The Big Five are not a boy band, and that there are some webcams from Idube. 'Idube deserve is heavenlyand...' Lay off the Amarula & other exotic cocktails, you two! You've got baby animals to look after. Impossible to imagine how fantastic all this is. Glad to know that you are being well cared for. 'Because you're worth it' etc.
And anyway, I saw a comma butterfly and two robins in Fletcher Moss today, so top that.
