Xian and C left this a.m. Merry Xmas, Monica and Curtis. Claudia and Xian left this morning for Peru! How exciting! Gary, Amber, Vincent and I leave tomorrow morning for Cuba. We are all so looking forward to that adventure. I love reading your blog. Enjoy Xmas. Brenda Smith - Xian's Mom
Thank Goodness So Glad to hear you made it out of Cambodia and you are now on the right continent. Am very sorry to hear about missing Guatemala due to bad airline service, but you're right, you'll be able to enjoy Costa Rica and Nicaragua even more now! It's always nice to be able to slow down and take things in properly. Good luck and safe travels, hope you enjoy La Fortuna!! I can't wait to hear about it!!!
Good Times Wow - you guys are having an awesome time - not that you can tell by the pictures or anything :-) Seriously though great to see those smiles in all those different settings - happy you are having such memorable moments. Thanks for your email Moni - can't wait to have you home again. We'll have to get together to scrap book all those great photos!!
Craziness!! Well that's a crazy week of events if I've ever seen one! Sounds like despite a few unfortunate events, you guys are having a wicked time. Curtis, that's amazing you saw a whale shark!!! Too bad about your foot tho. But then again, what's a trip without a few bumps in the road?? It's all about the experience! Also the full moon party sounded amazing!! keep up the excellent blogs, I can't wait to read the next one. And take care of your crazy selves...
Hey!
Oh my gosh, it looks like you guys are having so much fun! I love the pictures - everything looks so cool and delightfully not in Edmonton.
Seriously, dying of jealousy here!
I hope the rest of the trip goes well and that you guys continue to have a great time!
Stella Stella is doing great, she is actually a terror at night when she and Max think its great to rip full friggin speed around the house. Hope you you are having a blast. Sure sounds like it.

Love Mom and Dad
I love seeing all of these blogs Monica, keep them coming!! You two seem like you are having so much fun! I'm jealous. You: going to Thailand. Me: going to work on a Saturday to do aide training.
We miss you lots! Have fun!
Carolyn
Having fun!! Wow, what a jam packed day. Gotta see the video, sounds hilarious, but sorry to say its been 26-27 C for the last few days and more to come. Like they say, "if you can't stand the heat, get outa Alberta"
Love,
Dad
Wow, a long plane ride made even longer. Good thing you didn't have any connecting flights to miss. Hopefully the plane had some decent movies, and not ones with Queen Latifa like we always end up having to watch :)
Venture far (but safely) On your way at last. Stella is still nervous but Max is trying her best to bring her into the family. She will be a different cat when you return. But then again you guys will be be different too. Hope your first flights went well. Keep in touch, often.
Love (and miss you guys already),
Mom and Dad (Allen)
At long last, after much preparation, Monica and I are on the final days of a grueling countdown to our bi-continent gallivant. China, S.E.A. to Central America, Monica and I are eager to see them all, with so many adventures at our fingertips. ... full info
