That love/hate relationship I was speaking about? Well, I just bought Space-A a diamond ring and asked it to marry me forever... We arrived at Travis AF Base at around 9AM and a thick fog greated us... I was a little worried about this at first but my nerves were settled when 1. - I heard that this would not affect any flights and 2. -the airport itself was dead... Ah, Space-A... What a love/hate relationship :)... We've been delayed till tomorrow but are pretty sure we'll get a flight to Yokota, Japan... From there we'll head into the Tokyo area for a day or so, then it's off to Singapore. There is talk amongst my brother and I of Tokyo Disneyland, specifically Disney Sea... Yes, that'd be the Chris thing to do... A couple days in a beautiful foreign land and I choose the most American touristy place in the whole country. Still, they have roller coasters. The main problem with Space-A (check out my last entry if you don't know what that is) and travel is that one never quite knows when he/she will leave, where he/she might eventually end up, and how long it might take to catch a flight out of that reached destination if things aren't too pleasurable... It all has to do with how many seats are empty on the cargo plane after the active-duty recruits have been loaded in... Sometimes 70 seats are empty and waiting, sometimes 2 or 3... I'm nothing like my dad. My brother is; in fact, they'd be twins if 50 years and a father-son relationship didn't separate them... I suppose I'm a bit more like my mother.
