The Queen of the Desert Hi Chi ,
Nice pics that you taken from desert-city dating backed 2200 yrs~only, I say, because Damascus, the capital of Syria, is support to be the oldest continuously-inhabited city in the world . Palmyra became so wealthy astride the caravan routes that a one point its ruler~Queen Zenobia~imagined she could challenge the might of Imperial Rome, the result was that he forces were defeated, and she was carried in chains to Rome;her city was sacked and destroyed so completely that its never recovered and sank into oblivion.
where is your next stop?National Museum or Umayyad ?
Have a great Trip
Best Wishes from Nhi

So now and then I ask myself where is the plane heading for... and what would the pilot say if I asked him whether or not he could fly me to the moon!? Maybe he would just smile and think: "What a silly request and what a silly boy"...
